    Our experienced panelists share their thoughts on what “the new normal” would look like in the post-pandemic innovation world. 

     

    Bill Nottingham, Vice President of Growth at Nottingham Spirkmoderates this lively, virtual roundtable event. 



    Speakers:

    Asad Khan, Kent Displays Dr. Asad Khan is the Chief Executive Officer of Kent Displays and a member of the board of directors. He oversees sales, marketing, technical, operational, and financial functions of the organization and is involved in key strategic planning for its technology and business interactions. He has been with Kent Displays for over 24 years and has held numerous positions in R&D as well as management functions. 

    Mark Fleming, Vita-Mix Corporation As Sr. Vice President, Business Operations and Development, Mark Fleming oversees the design and development of Vita-Mix Corporation (Vitamix) product, services and business development portfolio. This includes Product Management and Engineering departments and the associated activities such as innovation, research and new product introductions. He is a member of the senior leadership team and joined Vitamix in 2008. 

    Courtney Bott, Medline As Director of Innovation for Medline, Courtney Bott leads strategy and development of collaborative partnerships to bring outside innovation into Medline. Bott brings to Medline nearly 15 years of experience in brand building, digital media, and start-up leadership. Before Medline, Bott held a number of roles at both large companies and small start-up consultancies, including Vice President of Digital Marketing at E.W. Scripps.
